Northland Document Solutions has been operating since 2008 and we believe we offer the best of both worlds. We’re a small local business with a team of eight that pride ourselves on giving personal service, but as the Northland agent for Ricoh New Zealand we can offer all the products and resources of a multi-national company.

Our main office is located on Cameron Street in Whangarei but we service all of Northland including the Far North and we have a Service Technician based in Kerikeri.

Our company is owned by Cameron Thompson who has over ten years experience with Ricoh. Cameron has strong family ties in the North and a love of fishing and the outdoors, so it was an easy decision to move and set up the business.

We’re committed to doing business responsibly and ensuring that we keep Northland beautiful for our kids to enjoy so we provide a number of FREE recycling options which allow our customers to recycle their unwanted hardware, toners and cartridges – click here for details.

Our team is actively involved in the community and we sponsor Northland Rugby, the Northland Youth Development Trust and the New Zealand School Trustees Association.
